Album Review: Blueprint 3

Jay-Z's Blueprint 3 dropped on September 9 after being pushed up from the original release date of September 11th. Shawn Corey Carter is my ALL-TIME favorite artist, but this highly anticipated album only will receive 4 mics out of 5 from me. I just wish there were more songs; nevertheless, this CD still goes hard.

Album Review: Ready

Trey Song'z Ready dropped September 1st. I actually am infatuated with Mr. Neverson, but out of 5 mics, I think he deserves a 2.5. This album didn't live up to the hype. To me, his mixtapes are WAY better than this CD.

Okay Riri, what's up with this?

Okay so, I'm not going to knock Rihanna's new "style" 100%. I won't say I totally hate the hair. It's, ummm, different. Maybe she should've went for a less "Johnny Bravo/Ace Ventura" type hair style. The wardrobe is, umm, okay. She just needed about 10 more pearl necklaces (sarcasm).

Superstar entertainer, Beyonce's little sister, Solange, is really off her rocker. WTF DID SHE DO TO HERSELF!? This haircut was a really bad idea. I guess she figured since Amber Rose got a contract with Ford, then maybe she should get the same haircut. Now riddle me this, doesn't Solange do commercials for L'Oreal hair products? We'll see if she'll be in any new ads, lol.

Style Alert: Rompers

A romper is a one-piece garment worn by children and sometimes women. Somewhat similar to a coverall, it is loose fitting and usually has shorter legs that may be gathered at the end. Puffed pants are particularly associated with rompers.

Tyler Perry just keeps coming with it, and this man is on a roll right now. First, he makes the Forbes list, then sends the kids to Disney World, all while working on a new movie dropping in September with Mary J. Blige, Taraji P. Henson, and Gladys Knight.
